1. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $10.00 flat rate
Note: Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight, and destination. The actual shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your specific order and location.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom 3D printing orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the project. You will be notified of estimated completion times when you approve your quote.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
4. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS shipping methods. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
5. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for a delivery notice
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if needed
6. International Orders
Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will contact you. Reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. These restrictions will be noted on the product page and during checkout.
9. Holidays and Delays
Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), shipping times may be longer than usual. We will notify customers of any expected delays.
10. Custom 3D Printing Orders
Custom orders have variable processing times based on project complexity, material selection, and our current queue. Estimated completion and shipping dates will be provided with your quote.
