1. Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom 3D printed items: Items made to your specifications
- Opened filament spools: Due to hygiene and quality concerns
- Digital products: Downloadable files or digital designs
- Clearance items: Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards: Non-refundable
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning an item, please contact us to initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RA number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective or damaged
- We shipped the wrong item
- The product does not match its description
Our Responsibility
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: Processing time varies
7. Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products of equal value. Follow the return process and indicate you'd like an exchange. We'll ship the replacement once we receive your return.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
Reporting Damage
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photos of the defect or damage
- Email photos and your order number to info@get-print3d.com
- Keep all packaging materials
Resolution Options
For defective or damaged items, we offer:
- Full refund (including original shipping costs)
- Free replacement shipped at no cost
- Partial refund if you'd like to keep the item
9. Custom 3D Printing Services
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our 3D printing services. If your custom print does not meet the agreed-upon specifications due to a quality control issue, please contact us immediately.
Quality Control Review Process
If you believe there is a quality issue with your custom print:
- Contact us at info@get-print3d.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the issue from multiple angles
- Include your order number and a description of the quality concern
- We will review your photos and determine the appropriate resolution
Important: Custom prints are generally non-returnable. We do not require you to return items for quality review. Based on photo evidence, we may offer:
- A replacement print (you pay shipping costs for the replacement)
- A partial or full refund if we determine the issue cannot be resolved
- Guidance on how the print can be used or modified
Design Approval
Custom orders require design approval before printing. Once you approve the design, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a defect in our workmanship verified through our quality control review process.
File Issues
If your provided design file has issues that prevent successful printing, we will contact you to discuss solutions. If we cannot print your file, you will receive a full refund.
10. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Items with minor defects if you choose to keep them
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact us at info@get-print3d.com with your order number
12. Warranty Information
Manufacturer Warranties
3D printers and equipment sold through Get Print3D come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. See product descriptions for details.
Our Workmanship Warranty
All custom 3D printing services are guaranteed for 30 days against defects in workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
13. Cancellations
Before Shipping
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Custom Orders
Custom 3D printing orders can only be canceled before we begin production. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled.
14. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds do not include original international shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
